2. Why will we process your data? 

We will process user data to manage our relationship with you, respond to your requests and inquiries, provide the requested services, manage website security, and comply with legal obligations.

We will also process your data for analytics and service quality improvement purposes, as well as for sending commercial communications.

3. Legal basis and purposes of processing  

Client and user relationship management: We process data provided by users and clients to manage inquiries and provide contracted services.
This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take pre-contractual steps at your request.

Statistical and quality management purposes: We may process navigation data (e.g., IP address, weblogs, pages visited, actions taken on the website) to evaluate and improve the quality of our services and products.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in quality improvement, with minimal impact on users’ privacy and aligned with reasonable expectations.

Sending of commercial communications and list management: We process identification and contact data to send information about our activities, products, and services to our clients and subscribers.

This is based on your consent. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect the provision of services.

Handling DSA requests:

 

We process data received from users or authorities in accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act (EU Regulation 2022/2065).

This processing is based on legal obligations under the DSA.

  • Information included in the request itself

These may be obtained directly from you or from third parties acting on your behalf.

 

In general, we will store your data for the length of the contractual relationship that you have with us and for the period of time required by currently applicable legislation, for example, with reference to accounting and fiscal regulations and for the period of time deemed necessary to deal with any possible responsibilities derived from the data processing. Access logs to restricted areas of the web will be deleted one month after their creation. Information relating to navigational data will be deleted once the web connection has been closed and statistics compiled. Data used for commercial purposes will be stored until the client requests its removal.  

4. Who do we share your data with?

We only share your data with third parties when required by law, with your consent, or when necessary to fulfill your request.

5. How long will we retain your data?

In general, your data will be retained for the duration of our relationship and as long as necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., tax or accounting).
We will delete data when no longer relevant or necessary.
Navigation data is deleted once the session ends and statistics are compiled.
Data used for commercial purposes will be retained unless you request to unsubscribe.

6. What are your rights?

You have the right to confirm whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it.
You may request the rectification of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data, as well as the erasure of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data. In this case, we will only treat the affected data for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims or for the protection of the rights of other persons. Under certain conditions and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. In this case, we will stop treating the data except for compelling legitimate reasons that prevail over your interests or rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.

Likewise, and under certain conditions, you may request the portability of your data to be transmitted to another data controller.

You can revoke the consent that you had given for certain purposes, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
