I have problems with an invoice. What should I do?

Support team will help you with any problem with any of the invoices generated by BookingCore.

If you have problems with any of the invoices generated by BookingCore -e.g. booking or commission errors, etc., send a mail to soporte@bookingcore.com, stating the following:

• Hotel


• Name


• Invoice number


• Reason

Here at BookingCore we will reply to this mail as soon as possible.

  On accessing my.bookingcore.com you will find a link that says "Did you forget your password?" Click on this link and enter the email address you provided when creating your account.
